I like this query and it seems the answer falls on the individual donning the apparel. Fashion experts have tried this concept and the main stream public still finds it difficult to accept ,'a man in a dress.' They've been conditioned by society to think it's somehow 'wrong'. However, more and more men are starting to wear skirts/kilts for comfort reasons.
So in closing, yes, a guy could wear a dress. but the majority of us aren't ready to SEE him do it! =)

You people who think only gay guys wear dresses are morons.The truth is that most all guys that wear dresses are straight.Cross dressers and transvestites wearing female clothing usually has little or nothing to do with their sexual preference , it is role playing.My girlfriend loves when I dress up and she is ALL woman and sexy as Hell , and I never have had any desire to be with guys.And I served with all guys in the Rangers and Special Forces.So before you flap your traps , get your chit together.
