Your dog is probably trying to tell you something: you're not a very good owner and shouldn't become spoiled by getting a horse.

With most pets and animals you have to show them that you are the dominant one. Your dog shouldn't be attacking you. Perhaps you don't show the dog the love it needs. Dogs sense fear and they are perhaps smart in a way that they can sense feelings. If your dog is attacking you then maybe a horse isn't such a good idea. A horse wieghs about 10 times as much and if it doesn't like you you can't push it to the ground and tell it to stay. Think of your dog as a person. It wants to be loved and played with. It wants to fit in and be part of the pack. Horses are solitary but still need to feel accepted and loved. A horse requires alot more responsibility. If you don't play with your dog it may get a little anxious. If you don't play with the horse it could trample your fence and wreck your neighbors yard. My advice is to get the dog under control. Think about how much work it takes you and then ask yourself if you want that kind of responsibility with a horse. I love horses. And I love dogs. But they take alot of love and alot of patience. If you don't have it for yourself then your pets will reflect that. I wish you luck and lots of love. Keep calm and get respect from your pets and they will love and respect you back. Hope this helps and I hope you don't get in over your head.

Animals are human beings too. they have thoughts corresponding to we do. How would you experience in case you misbehaved and someone were given rid of you for a extra favorable result? What if the subsequent proprietor did not deal with the dogs the way you do? might want to you stay with that? or maybe the pony isn't what you predicted? it would want to chew or dollar or in some opposite direction be a incorrect determination. i'd not eliminate the dogs. and that i'm a cat lover. you would possibly want to continually be certain the dogs and horse at the instantaneous are not jointly. that is distinct paintings...

No, you should put a halt on the idea of getting a horse, and take better care of the animal you already own. Get training for your dog. If you are so easily willing to re-home your dog, then maybe you shouldn't have her in the first place.....which makes me wonder, if you cannot dedicate enough time to a dog, how do you expect to dedicate the time and money needed for a horse? Gonna consider re-homing the horse, if it acts up?

Why does your dog attack you? Does it attack others too? Wow, am not sure what you should do about that. Apparently your dog needs some obedience training! Only you know what to do in this circumstance. If your dog is going to attack your horse, one of them, or both will get hurt. Not a pretty picture, also high vet bills.

K, How about you learn how to spell correctly, and then ask your question again. In the meantime, become a RESPONSIBLE dog owner, and forget the damn horse, until you can establish a stable, positive relationship with your DOG.

The dog sounds like a very sensible animal. The horse might not be very intelligent and like you.

If you can't control your dog, what makes you think a horse will be easier. Pets should not be disposable if you get tired of them. They take patience and commitment.
