AC/DC has a few cool songs. However, the greatest band ever, by any measure, was Led Zeppelin. They had Jimmy Page, the greatest guitar player of all time, and John Bonham, the greatest drummer of all time. Robert Plant, their lead singer, was a great front man too.
There hasn't been a huge band like Led Zeppelin since. The closest was Pearl Jam and Nirvana, but they didn't even come close to Led Zeppelin.

they were for sure very influential in modern music, but Zep is the best.
If you are an AC/DC fan but not familiar with the early stuff with Bon Scott, I would highly suggest you check it out. High Voltage, Dirty Deeds Done Dirt Cheap, and Highway to Hell are some of their better works IMO.

YES they are one of my favorites. Although, I am a fan of the Bon Scott days not Brian Johnson. But, Back in Back does rock.
They rank up there with Pink Floyd and the Doors in my book

They are a great band, but the best has to be NIrvana or the Beatles or Pink Floyd.
