The dullest has to be "The Best of Marcel Marceau" ... the A side of this vinyl audio recording of the worlds best known mime is 26 minutes of total silence followed by brief applause. The B side is 24 minutes of total silence followed by brief applause.

Six Feet Under did a tribute album a few years back (re-did some ACDC and other bands). It was good for a laugh, but probably the worst album of all time.
