I am in my 30s and I am currently experiencing acne on my face, neck, chest and back. What is causing this?

I stopped taking an oral contraceptive 8 months ago, after having taken it for over 10 years. Could my hormones be causing the breakouts?

it probably is your hormones. talk to your dr.

Likely it is the change in hormones that is causing the acne. Drink plenty of H20 and make sure your skin stays as oil free as possible.

I am in my 40's and get acne and it is from hormones, the only way you can stop them is to keep fllushing your system with water and stay away from greasy foods and salt, diet is important, excercising too
