I would have lived at home longer. I couldn't wait to get out, moved as soon as I got my first good job (at 19). I should have stayed there (my parents made me pay $25 a week room/board), banked some money, and bought a house instead of renting for years.

The choice to delay a college education, my career path, alcohol and drug addiction, screwing up a relationship with a girl I truly loved, and two disasterous marriages. I'm also not very thrilled about the apartment I live in at the moment.

Not a thing.I've learned from my experiences a great deal. Why would I want to lose that knowledge? We all make mistakes...it's just how you handle the setbacks that makes the difference.
