Well, those countries don't seem the least bit interested in Diplomacy or Sanctions, and they obviously don't care about the International Legal System or else they wouldn't be threatening to create nuclear weapons. So you do the math.

less war and more economic sanction and good honest talks should help diplomacy with honesty they do not trust each other it cant be one sided
