Check to see if the dome light has a switch at the dome light. Remember that there are 2 fuse boxes, one is under the hood.

Check the fuses under the hood and in the dash again but use a test light to help. The small fuses can be misleading at times. Also check at the dealer and have them to run the VIN and check for interior lighting concerns. The can check for SSM and TSB's.
SSM is Special Service Messages, and TSB is Technical Service Messages. They should do this for Free. Don't let them charge for this free thing that they do.
