Usually tiles will let go of the paper protector in room temp...if they get really warm, they get stickier,,and real cold also gives more problems. If you have a lot of tiles stack them on edge in bunches of five or six along the wall, pop them on the floor with a easy but firm strike at a slight angle which will release the sticky ones from each other...usually. Dont get the tiles wet, trying to get the residue adhesive off after getting wet...well, not a good idea. Good luck. Sincerely

Cut and bend.

You'll see. Just a short cut and don't bend the tile all the way, just a little. The paper comes apart from the stickybit enough to grab it.
