I feel for you and for your girl. If you are old enough right now to be able to go and see her when you can and have the money for it. Keep her by your side. The distance will be an issue but if you truly love her then try. But make sure you never forget to tell her how much you love her, and once in a while send her something through mail. To let her know she will not be forgetten or left behind. If there isn't anymore love left, then don't don't string her along, that is the worse thing you could do to her. This question is so hard to answer cause it makes me realize something in my own similar situation. I wish you luck, and strength to do what you have to do.

No matter what, she is going to find out. Your best bet would be to tell her right away. Then at least she has a heads up. It sound like you just don't want to hurt her, but if you don't tell her sooner than later, she will be even more upset with the entire situation. Regardless, her feelings will be hurt, so just tell her so she can get use to the fact that you are going to be gone.

Yes, tell her. If you two were meant to be, then it will happen. in this day and age, it isn't hard to keep in touch. My husband is deployed to iraq for the second time, for a year. If I can survive so can you. Just let her cry, hug her. If you love her, then treat her like you do. Be honest.

The sooner the better and she can get the crying over and done. You can stop thinking and worrying about her crying.

That's hard man...... but if i were you i would be alone with her and take her hands and brake it down to her and a hug or a kiss something like that. And stay in touch with her.

What do you plan on doing then....just disappear one day?
Just tell her. She's going to cry anyway.
