1. Measure Band Size. With bra on and clothes off, take a snug measurement around your rib cage, below your bust and shoulder blades. Then add 4 inches. If you get an odd number (like 35), round up one (to 36).
2. Measure Cup Size. With bra on and clothes off, measure around the fullest part of your bust.
3. Compare bust measurement to band measurement. Subtract the band measurement (Step 1) from the bust measurement (Step 2). Then use the charts below to determine your cup size.
Bra Sizes for Most Bras & All-In-Ones:
If difference is:
0" Then cup size is: AA
1" Then cup size is: A
2" Then cup size is: B
3" Then cup size is: C
4" Then cup size is: D
5" Then cup size is: DD
6" Then cup size is: DDD/F
7" Then cup size is: G
8" Then cup size is: H
9" Then cup size is: I

get a measuring tape, measure the circumference of your upper body ( around the boobs) and that is the size of the bra like 34 and the cup size is how big your actually boobies are. If you go to a lingerie store they will measure for you, or you can just keep trying on bras to see which ones fit best. The bra should never hurt while wearing it.

well you can get fitted at victoria secerets but i will tell you this seceret...not all 34C will be the same...you can measure your self...take a measuring tap and measure your chest under your breasts...watever that number is that is your 32, 34, 36 or watever size, then take the measuring tape and measure your breast from south side up stopping on the nipple area...if your nipple ends at 2 its A-B, 3 its B-C, 4 C-D etc...there are small a's, and large a's, small b's and large b's. it all really depends on the bra..its like sneakers and shoes...a size 61/2 may fit you in one shoe but in another make you may be a 7..good luck!

It is difficult to explain (involves measuring around your body) so try going to a department store. The lingerie departments usually have women who know how to measure you.
