OK, if it is a myth that black people do not like fried chicken, why is it that in the 'hood or in the projects, you see a KFC on practically every street corner. The same can be said for rib shacks.
Either black people like this food or not. I'm white, and I live in a mostly-white neighborhood, and there isn't a KFC within 25 miles of where I live. And we don't have ANY rib shacks in our area.
What's the deal?

Wow how many black neighborhoods have you been too.
I live in California in the hood and their is not a rib shack nor a KFC on every street corner. Really their just isn't. Do we like those foods? Yes as much as the next person.
I think you just showed your true colors to everyone by this very obvious racist stereotypical question.

Well its not true that black people don't like fried chicken cuz have you heard of someting called "Soul Food." kfc is Practicly all Soul Food! Soul food is fried chicken and cole slaw and all those things!! thats why Kfc is i n almost every black neighborhood

i haven't noticed KFC on every corner in my neighborhood. but maybe that's because i don't live in the projects. exactly what are you saying? if you like chicken just eat it. it makes no difference if you're black or white.

i live in a mostly white area of southern indiana, and there are 2 KFC's and 2 Popeye's within 10 minutes of my house. and at least 5 rib and BBQ places. maybe you need to move out of the country.
and by the way, KFC sucks because they torture their chickens. they stomp on them and de-beak them. i haven't eaten there in years because of it. but Popeye's rocks!

well my answer is that not only do black people eat chicken & ribs. I've seen plenty of white people and other race eat ribs and chicken so why they don't have them in you neighborhood is beyond me. do you live in a rural area ?

I see more KFC's in Business districts. I've never seen one in a residential neighborhood.
