Everybody has dreams during sleep although they dont remember have been dreaming During REM is when we are having dreams if you suddenly wake up somebody during his REM he positively will remember his dream very vivid, but sometimes by the time you wake up and because of the hurry you dont remember that you had a dream
If you take a moment before getting off the bed trying to remember what you have been dreaming, little by little it will be easier for you to remember your dreams

Everyone dreams, whether its a little thing concerning your job, school or whatever to the big "I have a Dream" kind.

Everybody dreams , the difference is in the ability to remember them. Maybe " not dreaming anymore" is an amnesia caused by the content of our dreams. " Wake up in the morning and I don't like what I see, lately my dreams they are terrifying me" ( Dream Syndicate - "Boston.)

If you mean dreaming as in your brain generating experiences while sleeping, I do not know. If you mean dreaming as in high goal setting. Well people often do not dream because it is tough to dream. It takes imagination to dream, drive to achieve, and determination to succeed.
