Bring a nice gift to the party. Don't try to impress her. Just be yourself. Offer to help do dishes or clean up at the party to help her. Ask if she wants you to come early to help decorate and set up for the party. Ask if she needs you to bring anything (like ice). In short think about her needs.

Dont put so much thought into it..i'm serious...just be yourself and enjoy yourself...just call her before the party and ask her if she would like anything for the party or if she needs any help...within time just let her know briefly that you value her friendship...dont get all teary eyed that will prob freak her out

Many people bring a hostess gift when invited to someone's house. Take her some flowers and/or a bottle of wine (if appropriate).
