If you are using Internet Explorer, on the top

1. Click Tools
2. Click Internet Options
3. Click on the top tab that says "Privacy"
4. Move the slider all the way down
5. Click OK

If this does't work use firefox.

Most shopping websites create a small file called a cookie on ur computer that uniquely identifies you. So that next time you go to their website, they can look this up and determine what you did before and who you are.

This feature can be turned off in some browsers for privacy purposes. OldNavy apparently forces people to turn this on. If you are using IE, goto the Menu (Tools -> Internet Options) and choose the "Privacy" Tab. You should be able to change the settings there.

If you said what browser you are using I could give you an exact answer.
In general: You have to go to your 'options, tools, preferences (depending on your browser) and enable cookies. There normally are several levels of accepting cookies.
If you can't fix the problem from this, ask the question again but say what browser you are using. (Internet Explorer, Netscape, Firefox etc.)

You have to modify your browser settings to accept cookies.

Under the tools menu on your browser, select Internet Options (or Options), and select the privacy tab. In Internet Explorer, set the slider to medium or medium high. In Firefox, select "allow site to set cookies". You should also select "for the originating site only" for better security. In Firefox, you can use the Advanced button to set site-specific cookie rules.

You should be able to enable cookies for that site only. It is harmless.
Check your browser settings / preferences
