Drs don't normally test for drugs unless there is a clear reason for them to do so and even then they almost always tell you in advance that you are being tested for drugs. Exceptions to this are when you were involved in a car wreck, crime, DUI or similar situation where you are given a blood test to find out if drug use contributed to whatever criminal act you are suspected to have committed. Another exception would be if you are brought to the ER with an overdose or unconscious and they need to find out quickly if drugs are part of why you are sick or unconscious.

After viewing your other questions, you should see your physician as soon as possible because there are medicines they can give you for a few days that will lessen your chances of catching HIV. This is done when health care workers stick their finger with an HIV needle or a woman is raped by someone HIV+, but the drugs have to be taken soon after HIV exposure to be effective, so don't hesitate to see a Dr soon. If none of the above, no way they'll tell....unless you apply to be a cop...

Nope - that would be a breach of confidentiality. (an offense in which the doctor would lose his or her license).

The only time they could make a report is to the Dept of Pubic Health for VD (not AIDS).
