Do You Get Enough Sleep? How many hours hours of sleep do you usually get?

Get a tempurpedic mattress. I got one about 2 years ago now and I sleep like a baby until morning. I feel like I'm on a cloud being wrapped up like a baby!

I sleep 6-8 hours a night. I am at my best if I sleep 8. When I was younger and lazier I used to sleep 10-12 hrs a night But since I've grown I have to have a job for some damn reason. And now I can't find the time to sleep all the time. My fiance only sleeps 4-6 hours a night I don't know how he does it. Sometimes he doesn't sleep for 2 days before he finally sleeps then he still just sleeps a few hours I don't know how he does it. I guess you wanted a simple response and I chose to write a book hahaha.

No, dear lady, i do not get enough sleep. I was ok in the off season (i work seasonally), but now that i am back to work i struggle to get as much as 7 hours sleep per night. And even though i am usually in bed by 21:00 on work nights (sad, i know).....as often as not i am up for good at 03:30 - 04:00. Which is why you'll see me on here *way* too early in the morning a lot of the time.....and why i disappear way too early in the evening. Ah well, i like my job, and i'll put up with this until October. Then i will sleep. Then i will sleep.

No, I don't get enough sleep. I usually get 6-7 hours, but I wish I could get at least 8 hours. Sometimes, in spurts, I only get 4-5 hours. This really messes me up.
