I have to disagree to an extent on the Master P thing. Although he's not my favorite rapper, he did have some good songs back in the day.
BUT, if I were to choose a crap rapper, it would have to be JD (Jermaine Dupree). I haven't heard a single thing from him that I've liked. I could name a million, but he's probably in my top ten.

I feel you on Master P. But how about Flavor Flav....How can you be a contributing member of a rap group and not contribute anything but bad taste, a greasy face, and nasty gold teeth?

Yes he is. All of his songs r crap. Especially that on that says "ugghh" repeatedly. It is really annoying.
