yes you can. when you open up a question that you asked, to the right of your question there is a small box. click on 'add details' and then you can enter your comments in that box and click submit.

I know what u talking about, well it's a free service. But any way, look for their ID, usually it's a same ID that mostly every yahoo user use to login to check their message. So, you can e-mail back to them with ur comment all u have to do is just add @yahoo.com after their ID.

no, this is a question answering place, a comment is not an answer and if you "answer" the question with a comment then that's called breaking the rules

Well, you can "edit" your question and sneak in some comments. Or you can click on the persons icon, go to his/her page, and, if he/she allows it, you can send a message.
Gosh, I hope you don't think MY answer's "stupid."
