ok well i a kind...i dont punk girl. the only problem is that my family is always questioning me and the music i listen to or the way i dress 24/7. i am a mixed child my mother is white and my dad is black. i wear black nailpolish and i listen to rock and metal music but it doesnt make me a bad person. i still believe in god and i most definately dont worship the devil. my dad is the worst out of all of them. i'm just trying to understand why my family wont just appreciate me for what i am and not what i wear or my taste in music. i love them but at times it seems like they dont feel the same about me. what do i do????

like you said, you love God and no he is real.it doesnt matterif you are gothic, as long as you beleive in God that doesn matter.

Continue to walk with God beside you and your paths will cross when necessary...its extremely tough to let a child become their own person especially when its not like they were, with parents being opposite colors your not going to be much like either when they were your age...children have choices to become the worse of both or best of both...as I mentioned with God on your side your headed down the right path...it just doesn't look familiar to your parents...blessings.

baby girl, your family have to know that you're searching for your own identity like when your parents were at your age. everyone are not like " the clevers" just keep searching, you'll find yourself one day.

Dont worry about what other people think about who you are. you are who you are. as long as you're comfortable with yourself everyone else should accept you as who you are. if they want you to change. just tell them that you aren't going to beccause you like who you are.
