Who ranks as the most ticklish person you've ever known? Why do they deserve that title?

I have a cousin (who I will not name for her privacy) who was sooooooo ticklish that she would freeze up when she was tickled. She would try to block the initial tickling but then she would be overcome with silent laughter and she would become "paralyzed" with laughter.

As fun as she was to tickle, I never took advantage of her. I wish that I could find a gf as ticklish as she was! :o}
