I'm getting some next summer. I'm a tiny A cup, and now that I've had a daughter that I nursed they are tiny and saggy. UGH! So I'm treating myself. Just curious of opinions.

People say they are fake, but I do not believe that. They are there, i can see them, and hopefully they let me touch them. Stuff that is fake would be like dragons, or wizards, or things like that on a Fairy Harry Potter movie. Boobs are real.

I'm wondering if anyone is actually reading the whole post before responding.
It sounds like you really just want to get your old post-baby figure back. You don't need implants to do that you can simply get a breast lift.
However it should be a last resort as it will still be expensive and invasive.
However if you want to use this as an excuse to get the implants you always wanted then that is a different story. I'm not a fan of breast implants in general because I rather like the slender willowy look so many smaller women have. Small breast can be quite lovely-- note the figure of many female models. Not only that surgery can reduce how sensitive your breast are.
In the end it is your choice and what ever you decide make sure you have found the right doctor for you!

Breast augmentation is a personal choice and you should do it if you think it will be a good decision for you. Speaking as a person who has large breasts, I really wish I had small breasts like yours. When you are a well endowed woman, men tend to talk to your breasts like you don't have a head and blatantly stare at them... so be prepared for that. You know that old saying... "the grass is always greener on the other side". Best of luck to you.

I don't think that I can fairly answer this question because I'm a D cup. I do know that I will be getting a reduction when Im older. So I guess no one is happy. Im just glad that men don't have breasts because they wouldn't pay us any attention at all.

well I have 3 boys that I nursed (one still, he is 9 months) so I feel your pain and all I have to say is that as soon as I lose these extra 20 lbs...I'll be right there with you. Mine are like udders, and I want boobs!! Anything would be better than what I have now. It's your body...you are the one who has to live with it so who cares what anyone else says or thinks. I can't wait to get mine done!! =)

genuine. absolute self assurance about it. This week talked concerning the start of the subsequent sequence of huge Brother and on there a contestant has had implants and they offer the impact of being negative. diverse strokes for diverse persons i think.

Do what makes u happy. In your case, the boobies turned bad after baby. Get the cute boobies back, just research and find friends/people who went to that DR. Don't go overly fake, just natural and feminine!

They may have some 'mileage' on them, but still, leave them natural. I think there would be a way to firm things back up naturally again. Implants aren't worth it.

well becareful because they arent everything be happy with what you got. A cups arent so bad. nobody is perfect. you know there was this lady who got breast implants and her man punched her in her chest and they exploded and she died. breast implants are very serious they can make you sick very sick. good luck
