Family Guy- because you have to think about some of their jokes and when you finally get it, it makes you laugh more.
South Park is F%$! This and S@!#k That- that gets boring after a while

I think Family Guy overall. There are some pretty great episodes of South Park, but I find it's really hit or miss. A great episode of South Park is gonna be better than a great Family Guy, but Family Guy is more consistant. I've come across South Parks that are so ******' lame I can't even get through them.
Also, Family Guy's just funny. I get a little sick of the preaching those South Park douchebags do.
BTW: The Venture Brothers, on the Cartoon Network's Adult Swim blows both of 'em outta the water!

Family Guy is much better than South Park. The character development is far superior, as well as the writing.

South Park because their shows actually make sense. Family Guy is just a bunch of random jokes and the whole episode revolves around nothing.

Family Guy.
Seth MacFarlane has the edge, South Park relies on formulaic jokes and plot devices - don't get me wrong, it was great for years, but it's begun to fade out.
Also, South Park's episode on Family Guy was absolutely lame.

South Park because it is just so funny. I like family guy in all, but south park blows it out of the water. Especially all that You killed Kenny......You B@$ta%d!

I think Family Guy is hilarious, South park isn't that funny anymore...it also knocked the simpsons out...South park has become just plain rude so rude it isn't funny...ex:episode making fun of the passion of the christ...i just stood there in disbelief...

Family Guy. They keep the show alive with the nonsequitors and various nonsense like tossing in references to pop culture.
