For me to stand out the crowd
No blanket is warm enough
From me feeling bittercold
No medicine is obvious enough
From me getting so old
No love is strong enough
From me falling a apart
No man is worthy enough
To steal my broken heart

Some of the 2nd lines of your couplets need a bit of work. But it is a good poem. You express a broken heart well. Keep on working at your writing.
