That's kind of an EMO name. I don't really think it would fly. Where did the 7 steps come from? What's the misery? It needs to be more simple than that. And why the negativity? People won't be attracted to that unless you're playing in a Saliva type band or Heavy Death metal. Even still, it's too complicated. It would make a great song or albumn name.
The general rule is 3 syllables or less. Once you come up with a better name, I will be glad to help you with a symbol.

What you really need is a creative person thats good with Photoshop. Which I am, so if you want I could help you design a symbol for your band. But I need to know some specifics like, what kind of music do you play? E-mail me if I can help in any way. And by the way, thats a very original band name, great for metal. So dont listen to the guy who cant spell ALBUM.

ok i dont know a band symbol vut im here for the ppl who keep asking what kind of music they r they r like a punk band with a little screaming every so often (not over powering) they rock i hope this helps some one help them they r like my fave band since i heard them PRACTICING they havent had ant real performances yet though

you could have 7 different symbols in a row the first one being really small and the 7th one beng a noose or bloody or something to define misery

how about a staircase with 7 steps leading up to a guillotine or some such torture divice (or I could be REALLY bitter and say you could show 7 steps leading up to an alter with a bride standing there...but that's just me...the bitter divorcee that I am hahaha!)
