Razor burn is caused by hair that is pushed back into the follicle, which becomes inflamed and then develops into an ingrown hair. Attack the problem before it starts. Use a shaving gel (try Skintimate Moisturizing Shave Gel) instead of cream to avoid clogging pores, and always shave in the direction of hair growth, using a clean and sharp razor every time. Also, try to avoid wearing tight jeans or underwear, which can rub against the skin.
The more you shave the more you increase your chances of razor burn, so try to cut down on the amount of times you shave your pubic area. When razor burn does occur, apply an aloe-vera-based cortisone cream twice a day to soothe the area and get rid of the redness. Try DDF Aloe Cort Cream.

Exfoliate with antibacterial soap and next time you shave, soak in a tub and don't shave when you are cold. That makes the hair soft and if you are cold, goosebumps will come up. Try using some Hydrocortizone cream, anti fungal cream (for yeast, jock itch or athletes foot) or something for itching.

If you don't want to buy anything, then you'll just have to wait for them to go away. Or maybe you could try visine, that will make them less red, if you have that on hand. The best product for this is bikini zone, it works great. Just go out and buy it, you'll be happy you did.

I use extra strength moisturizer, it rally works or this may sound really weird but you can also use your under arm deodorant. It really works, I do it and noone would know!
