I've had it, both in soup and fried. It's really good if you like clams, scollops, muscles, that kind of thing. I mean, it's just a big shellfish. Very tasty when cooked right. Soft, and a little chewy.

I had conch fritters in Florida back in the early 90's. The way they were prepared they tasted like northern hush puppies.

Depends on how they cook it. My Mom cooks it and it takes good, I think. But were Chinese. I'm sure they cook it differently in Aruba. It tastes like what it's cooked with but it doesn't take like chicken, maybe more like frog.

Conch is soft and like eating clams. Only eat the white part. Throw out the rest or use it for bait fishing.

Eat only the white parts. It is a lot like eating clams or escargot. If cooked right it is very nice. If cooked wrong, it will be tough and rubbery.

I is nice. Be sure it is fresh, still in the shell is no proof. See it move before you eat it or let it be.

It tastes like kissing but salty(er). There is no better way of describing it.
