I step out for a little while and cool down unless the point of anger follows me out the door, then I just ask the Lord to help me to stay calm and rationalize correctly.

i clean my house at its best or take a nice long walk and treat myself to a candle light bath. still angry? read a book to take your mind someone else or visit one of my sisters. drive to the country get out and kick your tires or yell or both its healthy and the only person you may hurt is your toes or if you break them you wont be angry anymore! you will be in pain. i suggest the above. thanks

I blog on Yahoo 360, or I usually vent to my dearest friend to get it out of my system. I have an outlet, speak my mind and try to get over it as quick as I can.
