Those are ingrown hair. In the days after waxing use exfoliation shower gels on your arms. You might use a toner for acne skin. Also make sure you you use a oil-free lotion. If it still occurs talk to your wax lady. She should use a different wax (usually Beauty Salon have a choice of different waxes) because you might be simply allergic to the one she uses.
Also think of using body lotions to minimize hair growth so your hair will get eventually weaker and you won't have to wax them so often.

it's not acne per se, it's folliculitis--an infection of the hair follicles that are getting RIPPED OUT by the wax. Something's not clean--either the wax, the waxing cloths, or you. No offense.
Wipe arms down with rubbing alcohol before waxing.

Take a luke warm-not hot shower that evening. Use hypoallergenic soap whenever you are bathing. And after showers use a lavender or lilac oil (pref hypoallergenic) on that area.
Acne on your arms are bad....but in other places are alot worse!!
Also if you suffer from ingrown hairs remember to exfoliate with every shower!

Listen to your body and realize that you are having a reaction to waxing. You need to find another form of disposing of your body hair that will be less harmful and irritating to your skin

first of all, dont wax your arms then. shave them or get that lazer hair removal so you'll never have to do it again! but if u must wax them, put aloe on them to lessen the irritation.

Are you sure it's acne? Or is it irritation and inflammation bumps caused by folicolitis (ingrown hair)?
