Clinique Rinse-Off Eye Makeup Solvent. It's oil free--so you can fix smudges and apply makeup over it. They also make Take The Day Off remover--it's oily though.

VICTORIA'S SECRET!!!!!!! It is the best! It NEVER stings and works incredibly. You have to shake it up first as you will see it is has 2 parts in the bottle....quite cheap as well about 9 bucks....I am 45....have been in the hair and health and beauty field for 23 years....I have probably tried 30 different ones over the years...trust me on this....Victoria's Secret is the best...
PS...I do NOT work for them....I can't even fit their clothes!

I would have also said Neutrogena, but after using Mary Kay, there is such a world of difference! On a daily use, I use Neutrogena. But, when I need more help that Neutrogena can give me, I get out my Mary Kay.
