Its sad to say that its not just morning sickness, its all day sickness. The thing that help me out was eating oranges and pineapple. It just something about the citrus in it that helps relieve some of that feeling.

You probably already heard this but, make sure you are getting enough rest and then when you wake up, get out of bed slowly in the morning. Have some saltine crackers by your bed to slowly nibble, as you get up and keep crackers with you in a ziplock bag, to nibble on as you get that queasy feeling throughout the day. Try to avoid greasy, heavy breakfasts, too and best wishes for a healthy happy and safe pregnancy and delivery.

Crackers never helped me anyway. Nothing really helps it's just part of the package. Ginger tea or ginger candy helps.

keep a supply of crackers with you at all times (helps heartburn, too). Don't let yourself get too hungry.

My mom told me she used to have a few drinks in the morning, and that helped. I seem to be fine, well fine-ish anyway.
