Plethora. I just love the word Plethora. You will be amazed at the plethora of answers you get with this question. And many of them will not make any sense at all.

PERSNICKETY
means "over fastidious or fussy"

got a nice click to it.. very descriptive word

my kids, and a lot of my friends, didn't believe it was a real word

one night on "Dawson's Creek",, Katie Holmes told Dawson's teacher that she was being persnickety..

phone rang immediately.. my daughter... shouted 'persnickety' and started laughing... I said "I TOLD you it was a real word"...

I could hear her buddies in the background laughing and saying "per-SNICKETY"...

(gee - maybe now KATIE knows the meaning of that word, eh?)

oh, I like coupon as well, reminds me of my late mum in law, little british lady.. she pronounced it "coo-pun", which we though was cute, we still say it that way

Pneumonoultramicroscopic silicovolcanoconeosis (only there's no space in the word, Y!Answers just wouldn't let me use the whole word). It's the medical term for 'black lung' or 'miner's lung'.

And, antidisestablishmentarianism isn't *for* anarchy, it's *against* anarchy (well, not really anarchy, but that's probably the most simplistic term).

'autobiographical moralistic allegory': I know that is three words, but I coined the term for a style of writing I invented. It is a fictionalized account of one's own personal experience[s] that teaches a lesson (usually about moral values) to the reader.
