EEOC is a freebie route, they will investigate your claim with the employer and you don't have to pay anything whether you win or lose. The going through your locker is a lost cause, it is company property and they can go through it. The lifting of boxes thing is an issue but not if it took place more than a month or so ago. Then it looks like you are scraping for a reason to sue.
Sounds like you had better just move on unless you want to speak to a private attorney and see if they will try and file something for you.

Your boss did not invade your privacy. The locker is company property and your boss can legally go through it any time they wish. You would have saved yourself a great deal of trouble if you had kept the notebook in your personal vehicle. There is nothing you can do because you have no proof of your accusations. If you do sue your boss how will the judge or jury know you are telling the truth without some hard evidence like photos, written & signed documents, etc to back up your claim?

Since the locker is their property they probably have the legal right to go through it under the right circumstances. Meaning they have to suspect that you were hiding illegal things or substances in your locker. As far as her making you lift heavy boxes there is nothing you can do now!

talk with a private attorney and see if there is any grounds. I think since the locker was on your company's premises your company has the right to search it at random.

Look on it as a lesson in discretion. You should not leave anything on your employer's property that you don't want them to see.
