Why is it that some people are so ticklish (like me) and others do not tickle at all? i dont understand why we feel like that and others dont?
why do we tickle in the first place!?
Its just mind boggling!

Not sure, but I have a roommate who's ticklish, and he says he's learned to control it and block it out over the past few years.

My ex-wife was not ticklish and I am extrememly ticklish. I like being tickled so that was okay, but it would have been fun to be able to tickle back once in a while.

i have a theory that when your a baby, if youre tickled a lot, then youre especially ticklish later in life. if youre not tickled as a baby, the nerves arent as active and so you arent as ticklish. justt my theory. btw, im especially ticklish. all over.

i am only ticklish in certain places, and then only if i am in a certain mood. Sometimes i can not be ticklish at all, which reallyyyy infuriates people lol, especially if i've just had them wetting themselves by tickling them !

I'm ticklish just the thought makes me laugh. i find its very entertaining and torture if I'm the one getting tickled

Pregnancy does all kinds of things to you and gives you lots of different sensations. This may just be one of those for you. I was not ticklish at all for 3 pregnancies, but I had lots of other "different" and "fun" things that occurred

Everyone's different I guess. People tickle becuase it's fun to watch the person squirm around and scream.

im VERY ticklish and a hate that because since junior high (im in college now) my friends entertain themselves by making me suffer

My husband is very ticklish its great cause I am not and he hates it but i love it!
