Ex. A ps2 game emulated to my pc, playable from my hardrive. I want to be able to play it off the disc, so its probably not gonna have code written on it, cause it's already been emulated. That way it may not be exclusive to my system.

Yes you can copy the files on your hard drive onto the disk or cd. Use a cd burning program like Nero.

P.S.

{{{{{However do NOT think that just by copying the files to the cd and then putting those files onto another computer, that the game will still run properly. When you install a game it also puts registry entries on the computer, and they are usually needed for the game to function properly, and to keep track of cd keys and whatnot to make sure you are a valid user. So just having the files themselves may not be enough.}}}}}

Sure there is! You can copy just about anything to a CD if you have a burner and the CD's big enough. If you have a CD image that you want to burn onto a CD, I recommend downloading Daemon Tools. This will allow you to read the CD image without having to put it on a CD first. It's like having a CD drive on your computer. It's free, too!

Not in a way that they will be playable _from_ the disc.
I.e. you can't copy your game off to a disc, plug it in to your buddy's system and have him play it, too... there are lots of registry settings that a game installs to bind itself to one system only.

If you just want to back something up, then keep your install discs safe and you _can_ back up whatever profiles/save games you have. Those are found in different places depending on what the game is.

extremely you won't be able to play without disk except you get carry of it off "video games on call for" (MW2 unfortunantly isn't on) What occurs once you replica it on your troublesome rigidity is take away lag and so on... You do thoroughly replica the full interest, even though it nonetheless asks you for the disk via fact of possession verifacation. that's so human beings do no longer purchase a million interest and unfold it to all their friends, this could mean each and all of the gaming industries could unfastened out on a brilliant number of money. that's to end scamming and stuff. So your interest is broke, no longer something extremely could be completed in case you question me.
