Wow, someone seaid Buzzcocks... hell yeah. Whoever said Greenday doesn't know s*&^%. For PunkRock, you might be looking for the Sex Pistols or the Misfits. For Rock, you might want what others mentioned, Pink Floyd, U2, but if you're looking for something LESS mainstream, you might try looking in the Alternative section like Radiohead, etc but I take it you like it harder... check out gothic industrial music like Skinny Puppy or Ministry. If you don't know Tool or Motorhead, you should listen to it. Or if you like to just chill to some hot electric ****, try Kraftwerk, I'm not sure if I spelled it correctly. Kraftwork? maybe. For something different, search the following genres... New Wave, Alternative, Gothic, Industrial, Electroclash, Darkwave, 80's Gothic/Industrial. F*&^% Yeah.
