Let's take a look at a couple of his movies, Lord of the Rings, he was my favorite character I think, well maybe a tie with Sam the hobbit. Total bad ***, he walks on top of snow, can see/hear things miles away, and the elephant scene? Totally awesome. Then in the movie Troy he's like a coward, when he challenges Menalaus, and then cowers behind his brother. That one act of cowardice, overshadows all the good things he's done. From that moment one I have thought that Orlando Bloom suct!

Actually, he is good looking -- kind of a composite of Johnny Depp and River Phoenix (back when River was alive, anyway). The puppy-dog eyes really help out a lot. Almost makes up for his weak -- though they might be improving! -- acting skills.
Compare to Vin Diesel, The Rock, or Keanu Reeves and it's pretty obvious why the ladies prefer watching Orlando Obvious-leaf.

He is hot. And he's one of the few actors out there who doesn't seem like he belongs to Hollywood. I think he's very talented too.

Women like him b/c he is a true gentleman. They are hard to find in such a disgusting society like ours. Also many people find him handsome.
