You can do it with a very small chest, but it looks better on a bigger one. the trick is to learn how to feel your chest muscle. Put your hand on your chest and try to move the muscle under your hand. If you have a big enough chest it'll look really nice when you do it, but if your chest is small, it'll look like the fibers are moving one at a time. Just put your hand on your chest and try to feel that spot inside your body. P.S. don't use your neck and make that ugly face when trying, that's a horrible cheating method that makes you look like an idiot. If you can't learn to feel your pecs, don't even think about trying to move them.

You have to have a strong enough chest to do it, you dont have to have a really strong chest, but someone who has never worked out or anything cant just do it, better start doing a lot of push ups. You will know when you can do it, it comes on natural once you have enough chest to do it.
