ALWAYS?????Maybe the insecure ones that need to be asked out. I've never expected a girl to ask me out first. Because they don't have to or don't want to because they feel its the mans job (although i do know pretty aggressinve women who have no problem doing so.). We (as men) have to work for it. If you ask out a guy i hate to admit it but he might think less of you for doing so.
Maybe next time you ask another question try not to stereotype or generalize your questions like that.
