Haha!!! Never!!! But most of my friends and family failed at least once.

Passed the first time though I did accidentally lockout my evaluator when we first got into the car. He wasn't too happy about that. In Connecticut where I got my driver's license, it is pretty much given to you. As long as you don't wreck the car during the road test, you will pass.
My friend was asked to back into a driveway and drive back out so as to do a U-turn. My friend couldn't do it so the evaluator showed him how to do it and then passed him.

Uh, never. But I did have a friend who, upon getting back to the DMV with the guy giving the test, parked the car, left the car running, got out and locked the keys in the car and she STILL got her license.

i didnt fail, but the funny thing is i should have. i missed 8 (7 is the limit) on m ermit ut the instructor gave me a free question, it was about motorcycles, and then during my driving test i hit the curb on the three point turn, and wasnt docked for it

Twice...once because I allegedly "caused confusion" by waiting to make a turn until another car moved out of where I needed to be, and the second time because I pulled out too far in a T-intersection.

i failed drivers ed for my never being there and i failed at the school once, for not coming to a complete 4-5 second stop at a stop sign : /

I actually failed mine 5 times before passing. I must say it was rather embarrassing and I'm so glad that it's over with.

none-got it the first try but still got chewed out by the lady that gave me the test! She did that to everyone.
