I spent sometime at the spa and sauna,and I noticed my cheek and face turned black.Is it dueto heat/water?Help

Meanwhile i also had been switching creams.I m not sure if the water was allergic or is the heat or is it my creams? It was 30 mins at the hot spa and 10 mins at the sauna.
I had applied mositurizer before and after i got into the pool.

I don't think I would be asking people on this site. I would be calling a doctor or dermatologist fast! I have never heard of skin turning black. Red yes, black no!

I've never heard of skin turing black, you should go to the doctor or demetoligist right away.
