WELL CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IS ONE ISSUE.
AND "WILL NOT" IS ANOTHER.
IF AN INDIVIDUAL CAN NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY IT COULD BE THAT
THEY DID NOT HAVE ENOUGH EMOTIONAL SUPPORT OR EVEN EDUCATION, WHETHER SCHOOLASTICALLY, OR SOCIAL, AND THEY ARE FEARFUL, AND INSECURE, SO THEY DO NOTHING, RATHER THAN WHAT SHOULD BE DONE. ALSO IF THEY HAVE A MENTAL ILLNESS, WHICH APPEARS TO BE A WEAKNESS OR EVEN ARROGANT ATTITUDE BUT REALLY THEY TURN TO "A MARSHMELLOW INSIDE", AND COVER UP THE
WEAKNESS WITH OTHER ASSHOLE-ICK BEHAVIOR.
NOW WON'T ,, IS A DELIBERATE CHOICE, AND IF THEY WON'T THEY JUST DONT GIVE A DARN ABOUT ANYTHING OR ANYONE EXCEPT THEMSELVES AND PROBABLY WOULD BE A POOR INVESTMENT FOR ANYONE TO BE INVOLVED WITH,, THOSE KIND OF P EOPLE JUST USUALLY BLAME EVERYONE FOR ALLOF THE EXCUSES THEY CAN ,, I GUESS THAT IS WHY. OR THEY ARE JUST A STUPID LAZY WHIMP

The "some" people u mention are taught that by organized religion. God will excuse everything all u have to do is ask. Personally that's the best cop out in the history of mankind.
