My band is playing this big show for the biggest radio station in atlanta. It's not huge deal, but it's the biggest thing I've ever done on stage. But I want to look good. Look at this picture:

then tell me what I can wear.
I'm 5'7". It's a rock/reggae/jazz band with some hip-hop raps in it. I play the bass guitar and I want to keep the tough guy image. I know it's not evident it this picture. What kind of stuff should I wear?

first off, congratualtions!a break of any kind is great. for your outfit, just wear something that reflects your inner rocker self.lol.but seriously, playing bass is a great thing and that is the main thing that people will be looking at. whatever you wear make sure it reflects you as a bass player, cuz people are gonna look at your clothes and style because you are the one on stage. especially the ones with dreams of being up there themselves. d whatever you do, do NOT copy someone elses look. i wish you great luck!

I would just say go ahead and wear wat ur wearing. I'm playing on the radio soon with my band No Room For Growth, normally when I am playing a show I just wear whatever I would usually wear.

Just wear what you're comfy in. Hell, you're hot and if you play bass as good as me it shouldnt matter! Good luck!
