If you mean x+3/x+4 - x-2/x-1 then it is 5/x +5.

If you mean (looking a the two empty places)
(x+3)/(x+4) -( x-2)/(x-1) then it is
{(x+3)(x-1) -(x-2)(x+4)} / (x+4)(x-1) =
{x2+3x-x-3-x2-4x+2x+8} / (x+4)(x-1) =
5 / (x+4)(x-1)

(x + 3)/(x + 4) - (x - 2)/(x - 1)
Multiply everything by (x + 4)(x - 1)
(((x + 3)(x - 1)) - ((x - 2)(x + 4)))/((x + 4)(x - 1))
((x^2 - x + 3x - 3) - (x^2 + 4x - 2x - 8))/((x + 4)(x - 1))
((x^2 + 2x - 3) - (x^2 + 2x - 8))/((x + 4)(x - 1))
(x^2 + 2x - 3 - x^2 - 2x + 8)/((x + 4)(x - 1))
(-3 + 8)/(x^2 - x + 4x - 4)

ANS : 5/(x^2 + 3x - 4)
