I did it by experiencing everything. Every emotion to the max, been in every social group, had every kind of friend, went through every kind of personality. but it came at a grave price. i am now nearler inhuman, which means no pitty, compassion, or kindness towards living things.

By third eye, I believe you are talking on the psychic level. If we had access to a more highly intelligent way of seeing things or communicating to each other I would sure love to know the secret too. I think we all may have a little special third eye in most of us, but have not tapped in to the full ability. I think that while most of us have no feel for psychic talk, others tap into it when they get that feeling that someone is at the door, or when they think that the phone is about to ring, or when they just seem to feel like something is about to happen. It's not a fully opened third eye, but I think that people who experience these types of oddities have their third eye partially squinting at times.

Nope, it's been closed since I was born. Two months ago now I was at my family doctor and asked some questions about how to go about opening it. She said it will open when it's ready, it has a mind of it's own in a way. I say try clothes pins lol.

There is no credible evidence to demonstrate that such a thing as a third eye exists. However, if I had one, I suppose I'd be making big money in a sideshow right about now.

Yes, and I don't like what I see. Plus I have to cut holes into my baseball caps.

Stop believing what you have been taught and start with a philosophy. You could start with Plato's "Republic." What this will do is give you an opportunity to experience an idealism of reality. This will also assist you in formulating your views of your own idealism. Once you have done this you will come to realize that some of our hopes and dreams of being loved, family, living well and living without guilt are all universal and infinate.

You will then begin to see the disgust of arrogance and simple laziness. This is how we force others to value us more than they value themselves.

check out buddhist steps towards enlightenment.

Third eye is actually just an old light senser deep in our brains we are endowed with. Some can feel light others cant. In the spiritual sense it something a little bit more twisted.

I accidently drove me Jeep off of a 30 foot incline. All I can say is, thank God for rollbars. If you need a near-death experience, I would not advise that one.
