First, get the bug off. Second, call an insect control center ASAP. Then, take a shower and go to bed.
If you're wondering why I din't mention killing it here's why. Don't even bother trying to kill a cockroach because they can survive nuclear explosions, so I don't think there's anything you can do but spray to get them out of the house, but not dead.

I wouldn't announce all over the world that I live in a space where roaches have free "crawl." I think it's rather obvious what you should do: CLEAN or move.
