Clorox. Go to the dollar store and get it cheap.
I would say motor oil but that is not allowed.

a really cheap way they says works in Florida is to use paint thinner or turpentine os such, relatively cheap at hardware store, and a really cheap sprayer as this has tendency to eat up the seals inside unless you wash it real good afterwards, have tried it alone and with weed killer mixed and works quite well and quickly

THIS HONESTLY WORKS................
This is going to sound crazy, and when I first heard it I though so too. But use White Viniger. I really does an amazing job. Don't use it right before it rains. And be sure to put it directly where you want it. I use a small spary bottle for little areas. And Watering can for larger areas.

Do not dilute.

I have used coffee/coffee grounds to kill weeds growing up through my deck. It worked well, and it is a good natural way to kill dandelions, etc. good luck :-D
