What is the best safest way to drain a blister?

If it doesn't hurt or bother you should leave it heal on its own. But if it just bugs the crap out of you. Then get some rubbing alcohol and a sewing needle. Clean the needle and the blister with the alcohol, and poke the skin gently with the needle. Once you put a tiny hole in the blister, just use your finger to ease the water out of the blister. If you decide to leave it alone, the water should absorb back into your skin pretty quick. Usually in a couple of days or so, and the skin dries out and falls off.

Get a sterilized needle, poke it and have a sterilized gause to soak up the liquid, apply Abreva over the counter and apply it to the wound,
Also my daughter who is 16 got the poodle to lick her blister and it almost completly healed the next day.

Don't drain it. It is protecting the tissues.

don't drain it, you may get in infected, let it heal
