Depends on the guy. Despite what you may have heard, guys differ on the individual level. Generally, shy guys like shy girls, and outgoing guys like outgoing girls. Either way, just be yourself.

too shy makes it hard to know what they think about you. too outgoing and they can get annoying. so, somewhere in the middle.

I like shy to moderate. I can't stand girls that shoot their mouth off all the time. You can be competant, self assured, intelligent, and capable and not be overly pushy or verbose.
