What colour shoes and and top goes with a green polka dot knee lenght skirt?

Depending on what colour the dots are....If white ,try with a yellow top,a white one will be too boring.....And green shoes...Or you could also wear white shoes ,only if the dots are white and wear a white belt.The top has to be plain.No patterns.

It really depends on what look you are going for and what shade of green. If you'd like to look professional and/or classy, go with plain white or cream shoes and top. If you want an edgier look, you could pair the skirt with a cute white t-shirt as long as the colors in the shirt don't clash with green. Black might be a stretch, but it would be much better most other colors which hardly ever match with green.
